2024 Scholarship
Winner Grace Whaanga

Congratulations to Grace Whaanga on being the 2025 Poverty Bay A and P Association scholarship recipient.

Grace heard about the scholarship through the local chapter of Future Foresters. She will use the scholarship to support her study through the Forestry Diploma at Turanga Ararau. She is the first forestry-based recipient of the scholarship.

Congratulations again Grace, we’re excited for your journey ahead!

Winner Flecther Ware

We congratulate Fletcher Ware on being the 2021 scholarship recipient. Fletcher, a Smedley cadet, showed himself to be a future leader with a clear passion for farming. Having chosen his career path at a very young age, Fletcher has applied himself at every opportunity and already established an impressive work history. We look forward to following Fletcher’s successes and development as leader in the agricultural sector.
