We congratulate Fletcher Ware on being the 2021 scholarship recipient. Fletcher, a Smedley cadet, showed himself to be a future leader with a clear passion for farming. Having chosen his career path at a very young age, Fletcher has applied himself at every opportunity and already established an impressive work history.
