2025 Scholarship
Winner
Daniel Bailie

Massive congratulations to our Poverty Bay A&P Scholarship recipient, Daniel Bailie.

Daniel grew up on his family’s hill country farm in the Waimata Valley and has seen firsthand the dedication it takes to succeed in farming. Inspired by his grandfather and dad, he’s now heading to Ōtiwhiti Farm School of Agriculture to complete his NZ Certificate in Agriculture (Level 3).

His goal is to return home and eventually take over the family farm, continuing to contribute to the strength of our local primary industries.

We’re proud to support young people like Daniel who are passionate about the future of farming in our region 💚🚜
