  • 24 - 2.4m x 0.60m portable stage sections suitable for steps
  • 1200 - 1m x 1m grey carpet tiles (25% cost reduction for DIY lay and lift)
  • PA system with CD player, remote microphone and sound mixer
  • blackoutdrapes for complete darkness for daytime audio visual presentations
  • Lighting in Event Centre: 20 - 400w Metal Halide "daylight" lamps (seperately metered)
  • Power availability in Event Centre: one 100amp 5-pin +N&E outlet; two 32amp 5-pin PDL outlets; 5 groups of 4 10amp double socket outlets on three walls controlled by 20amp circuit breaker (seperately metered)
  • Equipment available from local hire companies includes: silk ceiling and walls often used very effectively as well as round tables and all catering equipment
